o Boys use 4k shot

o Girls use 6-pound shot

· Discus:

o Both boys and girls use 1k discus

· Long Jump

· Triple Jump:

o Right/Right/Left or Left/Left/Right

· High Jump:

o Must jump off one foot

Running Events (Start at 6:00 PM)

· 4x800 Relay

· 100 Hurdles (Girls on bottom notch, Boys one up)

· 100 Dash

· 4x200 Relay

· 1600 Run

· 4x100 Relay

· 400 Dash

· 300 Hurdles (Both boys and girls on bottom notch)

· 200 Dash

· 2400 Run (6 laps to encourage more participants)

· 4x400 Relay
